What Products Do I Use?

The main product line I use is called JJ Essentials. It is my own custom blend of shampoo (Organic Suds), deep conditioner (Organic Slip), leave-in conditioner (Organic Moisture and Shine), and growth oil (Organic Growth). I’ve worked very hard on perfecting these products to meet the needs of all hair types, while keeping the natural integrity to assist in hair growth and for your hair to thrive.

Methods of Payment

When paying your deposit, I accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and Apple Pay.

When paying your remaining balance on-site, I accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay. If you are paying with your credit card, there will be a fee of 2.5%.

Deposit Required

We do require a $35 ($25 for children) for services under $150. For services over $150, the deposit is 30% of the price. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will go toward your overall purchase. The deposit must be paid at the time of your booking.

Grace Period

We understand that life is crazy and things happen, so we do provide an appointment grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Once that 15 minute grace period is up, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 1/2 of the total cost of your scheduled service. As with all cancelled appointments within 3 days, you will have to pay another deposit to rebook your appointment.

If you are late to your appointment on multiple occasions, after the 3rd late appointment you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service and will have to pay another deposition to rebook your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least a 3 day notice before your appointment to cancel to ensure your deposit can be transferred towards a future appointment. This is the only time we will transfer deposits.
  • If you cancel your appointment to 1 to 2 days prior to your appointment, you will be charged for 1/2 of the total cost of your scheduled service and will be required to pay another deposit in order to rebook your appointment.
  • If you cancel on the date on your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service and you will have to pay another deposit to rebook your appointment.

How are we handling COVID-19?

Looking and feeling your best in 2020 is more important than ever and we are here for ya! We have had to make some changes to our norm only to ensure the health and safety of everyone.

  • Please know that we are Barbicide Certified in this pandemic.
  • We asked that EVERYONE WEAR A MASK for their appointment. If you don’t have your own, one will be provided to you at $3 charge.
  • Only you can come to your scheduled appointment.
  • We ask that you please do not bring any outside food.
  • We are sanitizing our stations before and after each client.
  • We are scheduling our appointments with enough time between to ensure we can keep our waiting room free and clear for everyone’s safety
